The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework contract with an experienced Travel Agency able to provide travel arrangement services for the needs of DPPI SEE member states and DPPI SEE Secretariat.
The minimum services to be provided are Booking, issuing, canceling and delivery of airline tickets, but also it may include reservation and booking of accommodation (hotel rooms) and other services related to travel and accommodation, on request of DPPI SEE and upon mutual agreement between contracting authority (DPPI SEE Secretariat) and service provider (Travel Agency).
