The Command, Control and Coordination (C3) Course is the first in the set of activities planned within the DPPI SEE JERU project work plan. The course was organized by the Sector for Emergency Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia in the framework of the Initiative.  

This seminar was Serbian contribution to the Disaster Management Training Programme for 2013 within the activities of Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Initiative for South Eastern Europe (DPPI SEE) and was organized by the Sector for Emergency Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia.

The workshop, held from 2-3 October in Budva, Montenegro, was hosted by the Directorate of Emergency Situations of the Government of Montenegro within the framework of the DPPI SEE and was organized in cooperation with DPPI SEE Secretariat, UNICEF Regional Office for Central and Eastern Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States (CEE/CIS) and UNISDR Office for Europe. The workshop presents Montenegrin contribution to the DPPI SEE Disaster Management Training Programme 2013.

Cave rescue Training - 2013 was jointly organized by Croatian mountain rescue service - Commission for speleological rescue with the support of the Croatian National Protection and Rescue Directorate and by Cave rescue Service of Slovenia in the frame of DPPI SEE.      

The conference was organized by the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica and supported by National Protection and Rescue Directorate (NPRD) of the Republic of Croatia. The event presents one of the Croatian contributions to the DPPI SEE Disaster Management Training Programme for 2013.

The seminar with a title "lnsurance as a method for Disaster Risk Reduction in SEE"seminar  was held on 23 - 24 April 2013 at hotel “Manastir”, Berovo, Macedonia.

Background

This training was Republic of Turkey’s contribution to the Disaster Management Training Programme for 2012 within the scope of DPPI SEE DMTP Annual Work Plan and was hosted by Prime Ministry, Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).

The workshop was Bulgarian contribution to the Disaster Management Training Project for 2012 of the Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Initiative for South Eastern Europe and was organized by Fire Safety and Civil Protection Chief Directorate, Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Bulgaria.
